Returns a client's communication preferences: allowed channels (`email`, `sms`, `notification`) per notification type, consent to informative and commercial push notifications, and the link to the public page where the client manages their own preferences (`consentLink`).

📄️Update the communication preferences of a client

Updates a client's communication preferences on behalf of a manager. Only the notification types and channels you send change. Returns the updated preferences.

📄️Get the communication preference history of a client

Returns the paginated history of a client's communication preference changes, newest first. Each entry gives the channel and event concerned, the old and new value, who made the change and when, with translated labels.
