A new developer space for eldo wallet

· One min read
eldo wallet team
Product & engineering

The eldo wallet developer space has been rebuilt. The goal: a developer discovering the API should send their first pass in under ten minutes, without opening a ticket.

What's new

  • An API reference generated from the OpenAPI specification. Each endpoint shows its typed parameters (required, format, default value), its responses and its errors. The documentation can no longer drift from the API: it's rebuilt whenever the API changes.
  • Copy-ready code in cURL, Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, C#, Go and Ruby, with the right Content-Type (including multipart/form-data for endpoints that accept images).
  • A "Try it" button to call the API from your browser with your token.
  • A single error format, documented once and for all, with the full list of codes.
  • Use cases by industry (transit, events, retail, hospitality…) with the integration workflow step by step.
  • A knowledge base: concepts, FAQ and troubleshooting.
  • French and English, with more languages to come.

Where to start

Report a technical problem

An API error, a pass that does not update, an email that does not arrive? Describe the problem: our technical team will answer.

For a fast answer, include:

  • The method and endpoint (e.g. POST /clients)
  • The error code returned (errorCode) and the body sent
  • The date and time of the call
  • The identifiers involved (customer, template, pass)

Never include an API token or a password.
